Government-approved plots in the Kathmandu Valley
Deep Shree Developers is the real estate arm of Deep Shree Group, headquartered in Sinamangal, Kathmandu. Since 2019 it has bought land in well-connected parts of the Kathmandu Valley, secured approval from the Kathmandu Valley Development Authority (KVDA), built the roads and services, and sold ready plots with clean papers.
Its projects include a planned plotting in Duwakot, Bhaktapur, close to the Araniko Highway, and residential plots in Bhadrabas in the north-east of Kathmandu. Buyers get plots with the division (kitta-kat) already done, blacktop roads, drainage, water and electricity in place, and bank finance support through partner banks.
What buyers come to Deep Shree for
Why Deep Shree Developers came to us
Land is one of the biggest purchases a Nepali family makes, and it is also a market where buyers are wary. Deep Shree needed a digital presence that showed it was a real, approved developer with plots ready to build on.
Trust comes before interest
Buyers worry about unclear papers, unapproved plotting and missing services. A developer has to prove it is legitimate before anyone books a site visit.
A competitive, ad-driven market
Plots are advertised heavily on social media, so a developer without a consistent presence is easy to overlook.
No digital presence to start from
Deep Shree needed its social media profiles and online identity built from the beginning.
Projects need to be explained clearly
Location, road width, plot sizes, approvals and finance all shape a buyer’s decision, and each project needed its own clear story.
A group with more than one business
As part of Deep Shree Group, the developer’s identity had to sit comfortably alongside the group’s other companies.
