1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE
This Data Deletion Policy explains how Queens Digital Agency Nepal Private Limited (“Queens Digital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles requests to delete personal information and platform data processed through our websites, services, integrations, and authorized social-media management tools, including Queens Digital Social Hub where applicable.
This Policy applies only to data processed or controlled by Queens Digital. It does not govern data stored independently by Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or another third party.
2. DATA COVERED BY DELETION REQUESTS
Where applicable and where processed by Queens Digital, a deletion request may relate to:
- personal identifiers and contact information;
- support records and other communications;
- Messenger conversation data and message metadata;
- Meta platform-scoped identifiers;
- referral or source information;
- lead information received through an authorized integration;
- engagement, reporting, or analytics information that can reasonably be linked to the requester;
- account, business, or Facebook Page information; and
- other data received through an authorized integration and held under Queens Digital’s control.
This list describes data that may be covered where applicable. It does not state that every category is collected or that every possible Meta permission or feature is currently active.
3. META / FACEBOOK / INSTAGRAM PLATFORM DATA
Where a user or authorized business connects a Meta asset to a Queens Digital service, Queens Digital may process information made available under the permissions granted by that user or business and by Meta. Queens Digital accesses only assets that have been authorized.
Queens Digital does not sell Meta Platform Data and does not use Meta Platform Data for unrelated purposes. The authorized user or business may revoke access where Meta provides that functionality.
4. HOW TO SUBMIT A DELETION REQUEST
Email privacy@queensdigital.com.np. We suggest using the subject Meta Platform Data Deletion Request.
Please provide enough information to help us locate the relevant data, such as the person, Facebook Page, business, account, campaign, message interaction, or other service connection involved.
Do not provide your Facebook password, Meta access tokens, app secrets, private keys, or any other login credentials.
5. VERIFICATION OF REQUESTS
Queens Digital may reasonably verify the requester’s identity, authority to act for a business or Page, and ownership of or relationship to the relevant data. We seek only information reasonably necessary for verification and do not ask for excessive information.
6. DELETION PROCESS
After a valid request is verified, Queens Digital will take reasonable steps to:
- locate applicable data under our control;
- delete or irreversibly de-identify it where appropriate;
- stop applicable processing where required; and
- retain only data that must legitimately be kept under applicable law or legal obligations.
We will confirm completion or explain any applicable data that cannot lawfully be deleted.
7. WHEN DATA MAY BE RETAINED
Queens Digital may retain limited data where reasonably necessary for compliance with applicable law, legal claims or disputes, fraud or security investigations, accounting or regulatory obligations, or the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal rights. We do not use this Policy to establish a fixed retention period.
8. META-REQUIRED DELETION
Queens Digital will take appropriate steps to delete Platform Data when required by applicable Meta Platform Terms, a valid user or client request, termination of an applicable integration, or another applicable legal obligation, subject to lawful retention requirements.
9. DISCONNECTING AN INTEGRATION
An authorized user or client business may revoke or disconnect Queens Digital or Queens Digital Social Hub access through applicable Facebook/Meta account, Page, Business, or integration settings. Revoking or disconnecting access generally stops future authorized access where applicable.
Disconnecting access does not necessarily delete data already stored by Queens Digital. A separate deletion request may be submitted using the process above for applicable stored data.
10. THIRD-PARTY DATA
Queens Digital can delete or de-identify applicable data under its own control. If information remains stored independently by Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or another third party, the requester may also need to use the privacy or deletion controls provided directly by that platform. Queens Digital does not claim to delete data from a third party’s independently controlled systems.
