Role and fit
What off-page SEO does and when it helps
Off-page SEO builds the proof that other people and sites can see. It is one part of our wider SEO services. It includes useful links, trusted mentions, relevant press, local listings and expert coverage.
Links matter, but the count is not the goal. A useful trade site can send the right visitor and add context to your brand. A poor site may add no value and can create risk.
Signs that authority is the gap
- useful pages sit below weaker rival pages;
- people name your brand but do not link to it;
- trade sites cite your rivals more often;
- a new service page needs stronger support;
- local listings are weak or do not match;
- old links now point to dead pages;
- your data or expert views deserve a wider reach.
When we fix the site first
Off-page work cannot rescue a weak page. If the content is thin, slow or hard to crawl, we fix that foundation before outreach. See our technical SEO services and content SEO services.
Google calls links made mainly to change rank a form of spam. Our work follows Google’s link spam policy. We explain the difference in link earning vs link spam.
Our services
Off-page SEO services built around target pages
Good link building starts with a page, not a list of sites. We pick the page that needs help, find the people it should reach and give them a sound reason to cite it.
That reason may be new data, a clear guide, an expert view, a useful tool or a strong local resource, such as the listings and citations covered in our local SEO services. This keeps each task tied to a search, referral or brand goal.
Authority Audit
We review links, target pages, brand mentions, lost links and key rivals. You get a short list of tasks in priority order.
Target Page Link Plan
We map each campaign to a service page, guide or useful asset. Every target has a clear reason and goal.
Digital PR
We shape useful stories from your data and expertise, then pitch the writers and sites that serve the right audience.
Linkable Assets
We plan reports, tools, charts, guides and case studies that give people a real reason to cite your site.
Lost Link and Mention Fixes
We find unlinked mentions, old URLs and lost links, then point each source to the best live page.
Local and Market Authority
We work with relevant trade groups, partners, news sites and local lists that fit the place and buyer.
Quality standard
How we judge a link opportunity
One score cannot tell us if a link is good. We review the source, the page, the audience and the reason for the link before we make contact.
Six checks before outreach
A useful link must make sense to a reader
Third-party metrics can help us sort a long list. They do not replace a manual review.
- Relevance : the site fits your field, place or buyer
- Editorial standards : the site has real writers and clear rules
- Visibility : people can find and read its pages
- Context : the link helps the text and the reader
- Destination : the target page matches the promise
- Business value : the source could send a useful visitor
How we work
Our four-step off-page SEO process
Off-page work sits inside the wider Queens Digital SEO system. We connect it with technical health, useful content and clear internal links.
1. Audit the baseline
We review links, key pages, lost mentions and rivals. You receive risk notes and a target-page map.
2. Build the campaign
We choose reclamation, local work, a new asset or digital PR. You receive the goal, audience and checks.
3. Run focused outreach
We study each site and explain why the page helps its readers. You receive a clear contact and response log.
4. Verify and learn
We check every live result, track visits and search trends, then use the data to plan the next round.
Client case study
Real growth from an integrated SEO programme

Smith Street Medical Centre is an Australian family GP practice that has grown into a multi-clinic group in New South Wales and the ACT. The goal was simple: bring in new patient leads and get more appointments booked online. Since January 2026 we have worked as its search, content and paid media team, and we share this result with their approval.
What we did for them
- Website restructuring: we rebuilt the website around its clinics, services and doctors, with one clear page for each job. The new version went live in August 2026, with old links redirected so no search value was lost.
- SEO and Google Search Console: technical SEO, Search Console setup and monitoring, and tracking on the booking buttons, so we could measure real patient intent.
- Local SEO and location pages: a full page for each clinic, plus local landing pages for the suburbs around them, such as “GP near” pages for the new Merimbula clinic. We also worked on Google Business Profile and Google Maps listings for each clinic.
- Entity building: local citations and AI citations, built month by month on directories, Quora, Medium, Reddit and similar platforms, so Google and AI assistants can see the clinics, doctors and services as one trusted medical business.
- Content writing: doctor, service and clinic pages, and around 50 patient guides on skin checks, mental health care plans, telehealth, women’s health and vaccinations, written to Australian health advertising rules.
- Social media setup: brand profiles set up and aligned with the website and listings.
- Google Ads: search campaigns for each clinic, built to bring in patients who are ready to book.
- Meta Ads: Facebook and Instagram campaigns for each clinic, built around same-day availability and new doctors, to put the clinics in front of local families.
- Booking path: patients book through HotDoc, linked from the website and footer. HotDoc does not allow ad or analytics tags, so we drove every ad and search visit to the clinic pages and tracked clicks on the booking buttons as the main lead signal.
What changed
- Search became the main source of patients. From January to October 2026, organic search visits grew almost 3x. Booking-intent actions from organic search grew by about 1.7x.
- Google Ads brought the most ready-to-book visitors. Most visits from paid search ended in a click to book, a far higher rate than any other channel.
- Meta Ads built local reach, not bookings. They sent steady local traffic, but far fewer of those visitors went on to book than from search. We treat Meta as awareness support for new doctors and clinics, and we judge search and Google Ads on leads.
- AI assistants started sending patients. Visits from AI assistants were close to zero in June, then grew to over a hundred a month by September, and those visitors acted on the booking button at a high rate.
Off-page work was one part of this programme. Local citations, AI citations and brand posts built the trust trail, while the content, location pages and site rebuild gave that trust good pages to point to. This does not prove that links caused all the growth. It shows why authority work performs best when it supports strong pages on a sound site.
B2B example: Reiyansh Traders, Janakpur
Reiyansh Traders is a water-treatment business in Janakpur. It designs, supplies and installs complete water purification systems for drinking water and for domestic, commercial and industrial use, and it looks after the equipment after installation. Their buyers are mainly schools, colleges, government institutions and businesses across Siraha and the surrounding districts of Madhesh Province, which is where they wanted to grow.
The groundwork
Their Meta presence was scattered across several profiles and ad accounts. Before spending on ads, we recovered the ad accounts, merged and cleaned up the profiles, and verified the Meta business profile and the Facebook page. We also verified and connected their WhatsApp and Instagram accounts, set up the Meta pixel and events, built instant lead forms and mapped the enquiry funnel. Leads were sent straight into a Google Sheet so the team could follow up the same day.
The campaign
- Language and message: most of their buyers read Nepali, so all creatives were written in Nepali. Instead of “buy our water purifiers”, the ads spoke to the problem buyers actually have: poor or unsafe water at an institution, and not knowing which system fits. They showed Reiyansh as a complete end-to-end provider, from water testing and system design to supply, installation and after-installation service.
- Creative: one short video and targeted carousel ads. The carousel showed the range of products and services one by one.
- Targeting and budget: lead-focused campaigns aimed at Siraha and the nearby Madhesh districts, running on an ad budget of USD 20 a day plus our management.
What happened
- The campaign was planned for 14 days. It reached its goals in 6 days, so we paused it.
- It produced around 160 leads at roughly USD 2.5 each, mostly from schools, colleges and government institutions.
- Around 34 of those leads converted into sales. Each machine sells for about NPR 1,20,000 on average, so those sales came to roughly NPR 41 lakh.
- Against an ad spend of well under NPR 60,000, that is a return of more than 70 times the ad spend, before our management fees.
- Reiyansh was fully booked for the whole winter season.
This kind of B2B work is the same idea as our off-page work: fix the foundations first, then run focused activity that speaks to the buyer in their own language.

Delivery and scope
What you receive and how we scope the work
Each report shows new and fixed links, the source and target URL, link status, key labels and why the site passed our check. Where tracking allows, we include source visits, brand mentions and search trends.
We do not claim that one link caused one rank change. Search results move for many reasons. We track trends and keep a clear change log.
What we will not do
- buy packs of unknown links;
- use private blog networks;
- post bulk comments or forum profiles;
- add your firm to every list we find;
- hide a paid deal;
- promise a rank from a link count;
- send links to a poor page.
Pricing, timing and fit
These are starting packages. Every plan is customised to your website, locations or markets, and goals, so your final price depends on scope. We scope first and quote before any work starts. Prices exclude VAT.
Off-page SEO is part of our full SEO package, which starts from NPR 30,000 per month. See current starting packages on our SEO services page. Stand-alone off-page work is quoted on scope: ask us and we will tell you what is included before it starts.
The work can cover AI citations, local citations, entity building, blog writing and posting, guest posting and digital PR, and brand mention work. We choose the mix from your audit. We do not price by link or article count, and we do not set quotas or guarantee links or rankings.
A lost-link task is not the same as a data study, and a local plan is not the same as PR in three nations. Scope depends on the target pages, rival activity, market count and the need for new data or design. Most plans should be judged over months, not days.
This service fits firms with useful pages and real expertise to share. It does not fit teams that want hundreds of links at once or a guaranteed rank.
For local campaigns, see our local SEO services. For work across nations, see our international SEO services.
Paid deals must be clear. Google explains how to mark them in its guide to qualifying outbound links.
What the monthly report tells you

| Brand mentions | Separates linked coverage from mentions that may be reclaimed |
| Referral visits | Shows whether the source sends the right audience when tracking allows |
| Target-page trends | Connects authority work with visibility without claiming false causation |
| Next actions | Explains what we learned and what we will test next |

Clear answers about links, rankings, timing and local campaigns.
No. Link work is one part. Off-page SEO can also cover press, brand mentions, reviews, local listings and expert quotes.
No. A news site controls what it prints. Google controls rank. We promise a clear plan, careful work and honest reports.
We do not buy links to trick search rank. A true ad or sponsor deal must be clear and marked in the right way.
A lost link may be fixed fast. Press and new assets take more time. Most plans should be judged over months, not days.
It comes from a real and useful site. It fits the topic and helps the reader. The page it points to should match the text.
Yes. We review the source and the full pattern. We do not reject a link just because one tool calls it toxic.
