Chapter 01
White Label SEO Services for Agencies: your client never knows we exist
White label SEO is a simple arrangement underneath a slightly more delicate reality: another agency (yours) sells and manages the client relationship, and we do the actual SEO work, audits, content, technical fixes, local SEO, link building, entirely behind the scenes, under your brand, in your reporting templates, with your name on everything the client ever sees.
Agencies use this for a few honest reasons. Hiring and retaining a genuinely skilled in-house SEO team is expensive and slow, and SEO talent churns constantly once trained. Some agencies want to offer SEO as an upsell without building a delivery team for a service that might be a small share of their overall revenue. Others simply hit a capacity ceiling during a busy quarter and need reliable overflow without a long-term hiring commitment.
We provide white label SEO services for agencies in Nepal, across South Asia, and internationally, quietly, competently, and without ever putting our name anywhere your client could see it.
What we deliver
Full-service SEO fulfilment: technical, content, local and ecommerce, under your brand
Why it matters
You sell and keep the client relationship, we handle the delivery risk and workload
What changes
A reliable delivery partner instead of a hiring problem or a capacity ceiling
Chapter 02
Why so many agencies eventually outsource SEO delivery
Building a genuinely competent in-house SEO team is harder than it looks from the outside. Technical SEO, content strategy and local SEO are three fairly different skill sets, rarely all strong in one hire, and a small agency often ends up with one generalist trying to cover all three, or worse, a junior hire learning on live client sites.
Then there is churn. SEO specialists, once trained and experienced, are in constant demand, and a departing team member can leave an agency scrambling mid-retainer with a client who has no idea anything changed on their end. Add the cost of competitive salaries in most agencies’ home markets, and the economics of building an in-house team for a service line that might be 15% of your revenue often simply do not work.
Nepal specifically offers agencies a genuine cost and quality combination worth taking seriously: strong English proficiency, a well-established digital marketing talent pool built serving both domestic and international clients, and working hours that overlap comfortably with much of Asia-Pacific, the Gulf, and reasonably with European mornings, without the cost structure of hiring in those markets directly.
Chapter 03
What "fully white label" actually means, in practice
The phrase gets used loosely in this industry, so it is worth being specific about what we actually do. Every report we produce carries your agency’s branding, not ours, built in your template if you have one. Every email, call or Slack message with your client, on the rare occasions we are looped in directly, uses your agency’s name and, where useful, an email address under your domain. Contracts, invoices and any client-facing documentation reference your agency, never Queens Digital.
We also will not knowingly work with a direct competitor of yours in the same city or niche without flagging it to you first, since the entire value of a white label relationship collapses the moment a client could stumble across who is actually doing the work, or worse, discover we also serve a rival agency down the street.
This is not a policy we mention once in a sales call and then get loose about six months in. It is the operating default for every white label engagement we run.
Technical SEO Fulfilment
Audits and fixes delivered under your brand, reported in your format.
Content SEO Fulfilment
Research, briefs and writing for your clients’ blogs and service pages.
Local SEO Fulfilment
Google Business Profile, citations and review management, run quietly on your behalf.
Ecommerce SEO Fulfilment
Product, category and technical work for your clients’ online stores.
White Label Reporting
Reports built in your template, or a clean one of ours you can rebrand freely.
Overflow and Capacity Support
Short-term extra hands during a busy quarter, without a long-term hiring commitment.
Direct Client Support (Optional)
Under your brand, on calls or in writing, only if and when you want us involved directly.
Chapter 04
Onboarding a new client through us
You send over client access (or grant it directly, whichever your existing process prefers) and any brand or reporting guidelines you already use. We run a full audit within a set turnaround, build a prioritised plan, and send it back to you in your format for your own review and client presentation, or presented directly on a call under your brand if you prefer we handle that conversation.
In-house hiring vs freelancer network vs white label partner
| Factor | In-house hire | Freelancer network | White label partner |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ramp-up time | Weeks to months to hire and train | Fast, but inconsistent quality | Days, established process already in place |
| Consistency across clients | High, if the hire is strong | Variable, depends on who you get | High, one dedicated account lead |
| Turnover risk | Real, and disruptive when it happens | Constant, freelancers move on | Low, agency-level continuity |
| Cost structure | Fixed salary regardless of workload | Pay per project, quality unpredictable | Scales with the clients you actually have |
Our framework
The 3-Pillar White Label SEO Services Framework we run every agency partnership on
Every partnership is built around three commitments before a single client is onboarded.
- Total Brand Invisibility : Nothing your client ever sees carries our name, reports, emails, contracts or otherwise.
- Delivery Consistency : One dedicated account lead per partnership, not a rotating pool of unfamiliar freelancers.
- Genuine SEO Competence : The same audit standards and frameworks we use on our own direct clients, not a diluted version.

Quality control: the fair concern every agency has before trying white label
The honest reputation white label SEO has earned in parts of the industry, cheap, generic, thin work churned out at volume, is not unfounded. It comes from a real subset of providers who treat fulfilment purely as a volume game. That reputation is exactly why agencies are right to ask hard questions before committing a client relationship to a partner they cannot fully see inside.
We run white label deliverables through the same standards documented across our own service pages, the technical audit checklist behind our technical SEO work, the content depth standard behind our content SEO work, applied identically whether the client’s name is on our own invoice or yours. We are also happy to run a single trial client or a paid pilot audit before any larger commitment, specifically so you can evaluate the actual work rather than take our word for it.
Chapter 06
Communication and reporting: staying invisible without staying silent
You choose the communication depth that suits you. Some agency partners want us fully behind the curtain, they relay everything to the client themselves and we simply deliver the work and internal reports on schedule. Others prefer we join client calls directly under their brand, presenting as part of their team, particularly useful when a client wants to ask detailed technical questions an account manager cannot confidently answer alone.
Either way, reporting runs on a fixed monthly cadence with clear, plain-language explanations of what changed and why, not a wall of jargon and vanity metrics designed to look busy rather than communicate progress.
Chapter 07
Handling capacity spikes without overcommitting either of us
Agencies rarely grow in a smooth straight line, a new retainer or two lands in the same month, and suddenly the existing team is stretched thin. We structure partnerships with enough bench capacity that a genuine spike does not immediately mean turning away new business or degrading service on existing accounts, and we are upfront the rare times we are at capacity ourselves, rather than overcommitting and quietly under-delivering.
Common mistakes agencies make choosing a white label partner
| Mistake | Consequence | What to check instead |
|---|---|---|
| Choosing purely on lowest price | Thin, generic work that risks the client relationship | Ask for a sample audit or trial client first |
| No written brand invisibility agreement | Risk of the client discovering who does the work | Get white label terms in writing, not just verbally |
| A different freelancer on every project | Inconsistent quality and no institutional memory | Confirm a dedicated account lead per partnership |
| No non-compete or non-solicit terms | Risk of your client being approached directly | Have this in writing before onboarding any client |

Hosting and server maintenance: the client need most agencies would rather not own
A website needs somewhere to live, a server, and that server needs its software patched, its backups actually tested, and its uptime watched, on an ongoing basis, not as a one-time setup task when the site first launched. Most agencies already know this. Very few want to be the ones doing it, it is unglamorous, it carries real risk if something breaks at 2am, and it pulls time away from the strategy and creative work agencies actually want to spend their hours on.
The result is a gap a lot of agencies quietly live with: a client asks “can you also just handle our hosting,” and the honest answer is either an awkward no, or a yes that turns into an ongoing burden nobody on the team signed up for.
We fold managed hosting and server maintenance into our white label offering specifically to close that gap. Where a client’s technical stack is a genuine fit for our own server management service, we take it over entirely under your brand, patching, monitoring, backups, the works, and you can quote it to your client as part of a complete package rather than turning the request away. Where it is not a fit for us either, a highly specialised or enterprise setup, we will tell you plainly rather than take on infrastructure we cannot maintain properly.
Chapter 09
How pricing actually works between us
Most partnerships run on a flat monthly fee per client we manage, scaled by the scope of work that client needs, technical-only is priced differently from a full technical, content and local programme. You set your own retail price to your client independently, we never see or influence what you charge them, and the margin between our fee and your price is entirely yours.
For agencies with a larger book of clients, we offer volume-based pricing once you are managing five or more clients through us, since the account management overhead per client drops meaningfully at that scale.
Chapter 10
Contracts, confidentiality and non-solicitation, in writing
Every white label partnership starts with a signed agreement covering confidentiality (we do not disclose your client list or the nature of the arrangement to anyone), non-solicitation (we will not approach your clients directly, during the partnership or after it ends), and clear terms on data ownership and access handover if the partnership ever ends. This is not boilerplate we point to vaguely, it is a specific, reviewable contract before any client work begins.
Chapter 11
Full-spectrum SEO delivery, not just one narrow service
Some white label providers only really do link building, or only content, leaving you to stitch together multiple vendors for a full-service SEO offer. We deliver technical SEO, content SEO, local SEO, ecommerce SEO and international SEO under one roof, so you can offer your clients a genuinely complete SEO programme through a single fulfilment partner.
Chapter 12
Who actually partners with us
Our agency partners fall into a few consistent groups: digital marketing agencies that want to add SEO to an existing PPC or social media offer without building a new team, web design and development agencies whose clients keep asking “can you also help us rank,” and larger agencies that already run SEO in-house but need reliable overflow capacity during busy periods rather than turning away work or over-promising deadlines they cannot hit.
What agency partners typically see after 6 months
| Metric | Before partnering | After 6 months |
|---|---|---|
| SEO clients the agency could realistically take on | Capped by internal team size | Scales with demand, not headcount |
| Client-visible delivery quality | Dependent on one or two in-house staff | Consistent, standardised process |
| Time spent on SEO delivery vs strategy and sales | Heavy on delivery | Freed up for client strategy and growth |
Chapter 13
Flexible commitment, clean offboarding
Partnerships run month to month by default, not locked into a long minimum term, because we would rather earn the relationship on ongoing performance than a contract clause. If a partnership ever needs to wind down, whether a client leaves or your agency changes direction, we hand over full access, documentation and history cleanly, with no held-hostage data or last-minute complications.

Chapter 15
What a white label partnership with us costs
Pricing is structured around what it actually costs us to deliver quality work per client, scaled by scope, not a one-size number regardless of whether the client needs a light monthly retainer or a full technical, content and local programme. Kept deliberately competitive, since your margin on top of our fee is the entire point of the partnership working for you.

Chapter 16
How we compare to other white label SEO providers
The white label SEO market is crowded with providers optimised purely for volume and price, generic reports, thin link-building-only packages, and freelancer pools with no real continuity. We built our white label offering as a genuine extension of the same standards we hold our own direct client work to, full-service, properly audited, honestly reported, with one dedicated account lead per partnership rather than whoever happens to be free that week.
What is usually included, provider by provider type
| Included | Volume link-building provider | Freelancer marketplace | Queens Digital |
|---|---|---|---|
| Full-service (technical, content, local, ecommerce) | No, links only | Rare, inconsistent | Yes |
| Dedicated account lead | No | No | Yes |
| Written non-solicitation agreement | Rare | No | Standard |
| Trial client or pilot audit available | Rare | No | Yes |
Chapter 17
The results we track, and report to you
Beyond the standard per-client SEO metrics, we track our own delivery performance for you specifically: turnaround time on new client onboarding, on-time delivery rate, and client retention on accounts we manage, since a fulfilment partner is only as good as its reliability, not just its SEO knowledge.
48 hrs

Zero
Client-facing mentions of our name, ever
We added SEO to our service list without hiring a single new person. Our clients have no idea the delivery happens through a partner.
Having one consistent account lead who actually knows our clients, instead of a different freelancer every month, made this genuinely easy to trust.

A fulfilment partner should make your agency look better, not just cheaper
The cheapest white label provider is rarely the one that helps an agency grow, since client churn from thin, generic delivery costs far more than the fee difference ever saved. The partnerships that actually work long-term are the ones where the agency’s clients simply see better results, consistently, and never have any reason to ask who is really doing the work.
White label SEO services for agencies are SEO work, audits, content, technical fixes, local SEO, delivered by us but branded entirely as yours. Your client sees your agency’s name on everything, never ours.
Yes, while we are based in Kathmandu, our white label SEO services for agencies extend across South Asia, the Gulf, Asia-Pacific and beyond.
Not through us. Every report, communication and contract is branded as yours, and we sign confidentiality and non-solicitation terms before any client work begins.
Yes, we regularly start partnerships with a single trial client or a paid pilot audit so you can evaluate the actual quality of the work before any larger commitment.
Yes, we partner with agencies across South Asia, the Gulf, Asia-Pacific and beyond, and our working hours overlap comfortably with most of these regions.
Technical SEO, content SEO, local SEO, ecommerce SEO and international SEO, plus optional managed hosting and server maintenance for clients who need it.

No, partnerships run month to month by default, with a clean, documented offboarding process if a partnership ever needs to end.
Yes, this is entirely your choice. Some partners want us fully behind the scenes, others prefer we join client calls directly under their brand, we adapt to what works for your agency.
We hand over full access, documentation and reporting history cleanly, with no delays or held-back data, as set out in the partnership agreement from day one.
