Most commonly, agencies come to us in one of two situations: a client asks for social media and the agency does not want to turn down the revenue but has no capacity to build a team for it, or an agency’s existing social media hire has left and rehiring would take months while client work is due now. White label lets you say yes to the client immediately while we handle delivery.

Client access (Page, Instagram, ad account admin), a brand voice guide or examples of past approved content if available, and a single point of contact on your side for approvals, so client-facing timelines stay predictable. We do not need direct access to your client relationship, communication flows through you unless you explicitly want us on client calls.

How pricing and markup typically work
We charge you a flat per-client fee based on scope, content volume, whether ads are included. What you charge your own client is entirely your decision, most partner agencies apply a markup that covers their account management and sales overhead, commonly somewhere between 30 and 80 percent depending on their positioning and the value they add on top of delivery.
We do not set or suggest your client-facing pricing beyond making sure our fee to you leaves reasonable room for a markup, we are not in a position to tell you your own business model.

Some agencies prefer complete separation, we never appear on a client call. Others are comfortable joining as an unbranded “extended team member” for specific strategy conversations, introduced under your agency’s framing. We adapt to whichever model you are comfortable with, and this is worth agreeing explicitly at the start of a partnership rather than figuring it out mid-engagement.

Every campaign we run for a white label client runs inside your agency’s own Business Manager, ad accounts, and page admin access, not ours. If a partnership between your agency and a client ends, or you decide to bring social media in-house later, nothing is locked to us, you already own the account, the data, and the campaign history.
