Chapter 01
Facebook ads management services in Nepal: what "boosting" actually is, and is not
In Nepal, “doing a Facebook boost” has become shorthand for Facebook advertising itself. Tap Boost Post, pick a budget and a rough audience, let it run for a few days, watch the likes climb. It feels like advertising because money is being spent and a result is visible. It is a genuinely limited tool, though, and understanding why matters before spending another rupee on it.
Boosting a post uses a simplified version of Meta’s ad system, built to promote engagement on that one specific post, likes, comments, shares, reach. It has narrow targeting options compared to the full Ads Manager, no access to Meta’s conversion-optimized delivery algorithm, and critically, no meaningful tracking of what happened after someone saw the ad. Did they visit the website? Did they message the page? Did they buy? Boosting cannot answer any of that.
Real Facebook and Instagram advertising, run through Meta Ads Manager, is built differently from the ground up. Campaigns are structured around an actual objective, a purchase, a lead form, a call, a WhatsApp message, and Meta’s delivery system optimizes toward that objective specifically, not toward generic engagement. The Conversions API tracks what happens on your website or in WhatsApp after the click, so spend can be judged against results, not likes. And full Ads Manager targeting lets you build custom audiences from past website visitors, lookalike audiences modelled on your best customers, and exclude people who already converted, none of which the boost button offers.

Chapter 02
We are a Meta advertising agency, not a Facebook booster
We want to be direct about positioning: we do not offer “Facebook boosting” as a service, because boosting is not advertising, it is a promotion feature with training wheels. When a prospective client asks us to “boost a few posts,” the first conversation is usually showing them, using their own numbers, what the same monthly budget would do inside a properly structured Meta advertising campaign instead, more precise targeting, real tracking, and delivery optimized for an outcome that matters to their business rather than raw engagement.
That does not mean organic posting has no value, it builds the account that ads eventually point people toward, and we manage that too. But when a client’s marketing budget is being spent entirely on boosted posts, that budget is underperforming relative to what it could do, and we say so plainly rather than quietly taking the boosting work because it is easier to sell.
Chapter 03
What Facebook ads management services include, month to month
Setup: Meta Business Manager structured correctly, Facebook Page and Instagram Business account connected, Conversions API and pixel or app events implemented and verified before a single rupee of ad spend goes out. Skipping this step is the most common reason ad campaigns look like they “do not work” for small businesses, the tracking was broken from day one, so nobody could actually tell what was working.
Ongoing: campaign structure across cold audiences (people who do not know you yet), warm audiences (past website visitors, engaged followers), and retargeting (people who added to cart or started a form but did not finish). Creative testing, rotating ad copy and images or video to find what actually converts rather than running one ad indefinitely. And weekly bid and budget review, moving spend toward what is working and away from what is not, rather than a set-and-forget approach.
Audience Targeting & Retargeting
Custom audiences from your website visitors, lookalikes from your best customers, and retargeting for cart abandoners.
Reels & Video Ads
Short-form video creative built for Facebook and Instagram feeds and Reels placements, not repurposed TV ads.
Community Management
Comments and DMs answered same-day, since inbox conversations are often where the actual sale happens.
Conversion-Tracked Reporting
Monthly reporting on cost per lead or cost per sale, alongside reach and engagement, not just vanity metrics.
The next five chapters go deeper into the disciplines that produce most of the return for Nepalese businesses, on-page, off-page, technical, local and the new world of AI / answer engine SEO.
What each spend level actually gets you
| Approach | Targeting | Tracking | Best For |
|---|---|---|---|
| Organic posting | None, existing followers only | Reach & engagement only | Retention, community |
| Boosted posts | Basic, limited options | None | We do not recommend this |
| Meta Ads Manager campaigns | Full targeting, custom & lookalike audiences | Conversions API, full funnel | Leads, sales, growth |
Our Approach
The 3-Pillar Facebook Ads Management Framework we run every account on
The same three pillars behind every Facebook and Instagram advertising account we manage.
- Tracking verified before spending : Conversions API and pixel events are tested and confirmed working before ad spend starts, not assumed to be fine.
- Structure built around a real objective : Every campaign is built to drive a specific outcome, leads, sales, messages, never generic engagement.
- Weekly optimization, not set-and-forget : Budgets and creative are reviewed weekly and shifted toward what is actually converting.

Instagram and Facebook, managed as one strategy, not two separate accounts
Meta lets you run Facebook and Instagram ads from the same campaign, sharing audience data and creative across both. Managing them separately, different agencies, different strategies, wastes that connection and usually costs more for a worse result. We plan content and ads across both platforms together from the start.
Chapter 05
What we need from you before we start
Admin access to your Facebook Page and Instagram Business account. If your Instagram is still a personal profile, we convert it first, this is required for advertising and for proper analytics. Product photos or brand assets if you have them, we can arrange photography if you do not. And access to add the Meta pixel or Conversions API integration to your website, which usually takes a developer a few minutes if you have one, or we can guide a non-technical setup through a platform like WordPress or Shopify.
Chapter 06
Common mistakes we see in existing ad accounts during onboarding
Almost every new client’s ad account shows the same handful of issues. Pixel installed but firing incorrectly, so conversion numbers reported are wrong. One giant campaign targeting “everyone in Kathmandu 18-65” with no audience segmentation, which burns budget on people who will never buy. And ads that have run unchanged for months because nobody was reviewing performance, ad fatigue sets in and cost per result climbs quietly while nobody notices.
We audit for these specifically before proposing a plan, fixing broken tracking is often the single highest-impact change we make in month one, before any new creative or targeting work even begins.
Objective vs. platform placement
| Business Goal | Recommended Placement |
|---|---|
| Website sales | Facebook & Instagram feed, Conversions campaign |
| Store visits / calls | Facebook feed, local awareness objective |
| Brand awareness / launches | Instagram Reels, video views objective |
| Lead generation | Instant Forms on Facebook & Instagram |

Catalogue and dynamic ads for stores with many products
If you sell a range of products, dynamic ads pull directly from a product catalogue and automatically show the right items to the right shoppers, based on what they viewed, without building a separate ad for every single product. This is a distinct setup from a general awareness campaign and worth doing correctly if your catalogue has more than a handful of items.
Chapter 08
Creative that actually performs on Facebook and Instagram in Nepal
What performs varies by category, but a few patterns hold consistently: video outperforms static images for both reach and cost efficiency, faces and real people in the first three seconds hold attention longer than product-only shots, and Nepali-language captions frequently outperform English for local audiences, even when the visuals are identical. We test creative variations rather than assuming what will work.
Chapter 09
Budgets: how much should you actually spend
There is no single right number, but a reasonable starting point for a small Nepali business testing Meta advertising seriously for the first time is roughly NPR 15,000 to 30,000 a month in ad spend, enough for Meta’s delivery algorithm to gather meaningful data (it needs a minimum volume of results to optimize well), without betting the whole marketing budget on an untested campaign. We help set an initial number based on your margins and typical customer value, then adjust once real data comes in.
Chapter 10
What we report on, and why we skip vanity metrics
We do not lead reports with follower count or total reach, both are easy to inflate and rarely tell you if the business is actually growing. Reports centre on cost per result (per lead, per message, per sale, whichever matches your objective), click-through rate as a creative-quality signal, and frequency, how often the same person sees your ad, since high frequency with declining performance means it is time to refresh the creative.
Chapter 11
Contract terms
Month-to-month, 30 days notice to end. Ad account access and campaign history stay with you if the engagement ends, we do not lock in access to hold a client hostage.
Boosted post vs. managed ad campaign, same NPR 20,000 monthly budget
| Factor | Boosted Posts | Managed Campaign |
|---|---|---|
| Audience reached | Broad, low precision | Segmented: cold, warm, retargeting |
| Tracked outcome | Likes and comments only | Leads, messages, or sales |
| Optimization | None after launch | Weekly review and adjustment |
Chapter 12
When we would tell you to hold off on paid ads
If your website cannot receive and convert traffic, or your Instagram has no consistent content history to build trust from, we say so before recommending ad spend. Sending paid clicks into a broken funnel wastes budget regardless of how well the campaign itself is built.

How our Facebook ads management pricing is structured
Our management fee is flat, never a percentage of your ad spend. Ad spend itself always goes directly to Meta, separate from our invoice. Pricing below reflects account complexity, number of active campaigns, creative volume, not your budget size, which keeps our incentives aligned with your results rather than your spend.
Starter
NPR 20,000 / /month
One active campaign objective, ideal for businesses testing Meta advertising for the first time.
- Tracking setup & verification (one-time, included)
- 1 active campaign, up to 3 ad sets

Full Management
Custom / quoted by scope
For catalogue-based stores or multi-market accounts needing dynamic ads and dedicated support.

Chapter 15
What is included vs. billed separately
Management fee covers strategy, setup, creative, and optimization. Ad spend is separate, paid directly to Meta by you, we do not mark it up or take a cut. Influencer-style paid partnerships, if used alongside ads, are quoted separately, see our influencer marketing page.
Included vs. separate
| Item | Included | Separate |
|---|---|---|
| Campaign strategy & setup | Yes | - |
| Creative production | Yes | - |
| Ad spend | No | Paid directly to Meta |
Chapter 16
How this fits with the rest of your marketing
Facebook and Instagram ads drive traffic; what happens after the click matters as much as the ad itself. If your website is slow or hard to convert on mobile, we flag it, since roughly all social ad clicks land on a mobile browser. We also run SEO and PPC, so if search is a gap alongside social, we can address it together rather than in isolation.

Part of a full social media programme
Facebook and Instagram are usually the anchor platform, but not the only one. If your audience is also on TikTok, or influencer partnerships would extend reach further, see our TikTok and influencer marketing pages, or our social media marketing agency overview for how they fit together.
Facebook ads management services cover Meta Business Manager and tracking setup (Conversions API, pixel), campaign strategy and audience targeting, creative production, and ongoing weekly optimization, all run through Ads Manager, not the boost button. We manage Facebook and Instagram together under one flat monthly fee, ad spend billed separately and paid directly to Meta.
No. Boosting is a simplified promotion tool optimized for post engagement, with limited targeting and no conversion tracking. Real Facebook advertising runs through Ads Manager, targets a specific business outcome, and tracks what happens after the click via the Conversions API. We are a Meta advertising agency, we do not offer boosting as a standalone service.
No. Our management fee is flat regardless of budget size. Your ad spend goes entirely to Meta.
Both, together, under one strategy. Facebook and Instagram share the same Ads Manager and audience data, managing them separately wastes that connection.
Yes. We are based in Kathmandu but manage Facebook and Instagram advertising for businesses across Nepal, the work happens remotely regardless of your location.
